Assets Backed Credit Facility
Birthstones, an Asset Management and investment firm, offers two types of structured asset-based credit facilities.

1. TCFC (Trade Credit Facility Contract): the TCFC is an OTC (Over-the-Counter) asset based credit facility designed to support importers and exporters to closed their international transaction. The maximum amount allocated is ranging from 5% to 15% of the facility against the maintenance of relevant asset under management face value into AUM account.

2. SCFC (Structured Credit Facility Contract): the SCFC is an OTC (Over-the-Counter) asset based credit facility designed to finance SME'S, Corporations, Governments entities and developers to get the strategic infrastructures to boost their production or finance their OPEX.
